It's surrounded by land with gardens, a football field, swings and a private pool. With a tranquil stream running around the exterior of the home, you'll feel truly connected to nature. The home is just outside Montaione, where you'll find a range of authentic bars and restaurants. After a day of exploring Tuscany's medieval villages, local vineyards and stunning hiking routes, head home and fire up the pizza oven for an authentic Italian dinner.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the study.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
