Munroe island is located at the confluence of Ashtamudi lake and the Kallada river in Kollam district in Kerala, South India. The Island is well connected by road, rail and island water navigation. The place is named in honor of Residential Colonel John Munroe of the formerly princely state of Travancore. The island is about 13.4 sq km. We Sunaina and Midhun along with other members of our family would like to invite you and your family to our sweet home called GreenChromide in Munroe Island. Whats in the name ?...... GreenChromide is a variety of fish, which is favorite of most the Keralites and is commonly found in this area and off course one of the main dish in our menu !!!!
