I stayed with Ali last summer during my long visit in Iran. For me, the First BEST thing about this place was Ali himself! He is very helpful, hospitable, kind, courteous, and understanding. I enjoyed talking to him about variety of issues; he is well informed and very interesting person to talk too. The Second BEST thing is the location of the Apartment; almost everything I needed, I could find with in few minutes from the house; easy access to exchange office, banks, supermarkets, bakeries, high-end and low-end restaurants, cafes and takeout food venues, health clinic, pharmacies, organic supermarkets, Parks and luxury stores and shopping malls within 15 minutes walk from the building. Plus, with so called Line-Taxi, which is very inexpensive, you can go to Tajrish Square in North of Tehran and Tajrish Bazar with also central bus terminals and metro station via which you can reach any area of this mega city. The building is very secure! The apartment itself has all the facilities that you need for preparing simple food. You can find almost everything that you might need. Although I often resorted to call one of the restaurants in the neighborhood to order and have them deliver the food to the apartment, which they do for free within 15 minutes; you only tip the delivery person. I only wished the apartment was a bit cleaner!

I was at Ali's place for three nights and it was pretty awesome. Unfortunately I couldn't meet Ali and his wife, because now they live in Russia. But I had this chance to meet his wonderful friend Kaveh. He's responsible for the apartment and managed everything so well! He's very warm and helpful person. Even he drived me few times to some places. In general the house, location and everything was perfect.It's so clean, calm, furnished and has all equipments you need. I recommend this place a lot !

First of all I liked the area because of access to everything you need (supermarkets, fruit shops, exchange office, souvenir shops and etc.) and also there were some cheap shared taxis that take you to Metro station and Tajrish Sq. The house was clean as well as my room. I had my private bathroom, toilet and space. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to spend more days in there, but with one night standing in there, I had a good feeling. Ali is kind and hospitalize person. He gave me lots of information about the country, cities, culture and especially Art. Next time when I come back to Iran, I definitely choose this place again.
