Hello, we are a Roman couple living in an apartment in a residential area very close to the city center. We are in the district of San Giovanni / Appio Latino, it is a very convenient area for trips to any part of the city, well served by public transport. Our apartment is pleasant, in the room you will find a kettle, air conditioning, wi-fi, hair dryer, first aid kit, guides in French and English in Rome, snacks, tea selection. We live in a cozy flat very close to the center of Rome. The room is bright, private bathroom. Conforts: tea-kettle, biscuits, little toiletry set, air conditioned, wi-fi, hair drier, hair straightener, air conditioned, fans, etc. We are very close to the center of the city, nice sorroundings with every service you need: restaurants, market, stores of every kind, bar. From spring to early, you can also enjoy a large patio. You are not allowed in the kitchen. We will always be here to help you. We are welcomed to share with you, we want you to enjoy the city, if you have special needs please tell us, we will We give our best to satisfy you in a reasonable range. We are kind people, always worried for your comfort and you will find lots of free facilities: kettle for tea and teas selection, biscuits, hair drier, first aid kit, hair straightner, hot water bottle, sewing kit, safety box, There is a supermarket just around the corner and the bus stop is the street.  Our family live in the city center, just a 20 minute walk from the bus station to the bus station, 10 minutes by bus or metro, there are two bus stops in our street and another bus stop 3 minutes away, that leads you to the most famous places in town and the metro stop that is 5 minutes walk from home. We are also close to Appia Antica and their ancient ruins (Catacombs). If you want we can arrange a plan in order to see the very best of the city according to your interests.
