You have your own sink and it's on the top floor of the house. The photos show the room's layout. We have a shed with some general storage space you can use, and we have a bathtub in our bathroom. Our house is less than a minute's walk from Albert Heijn and only about a 10-minute bike ride to both Zernike and the city center. There's also a bus stop literally across the street if you don't like cycling.
