Almost parallel to the Volkspark, a few minutes by bike from Saxion and less than 15 minutes from the University of Twente, is an incredibly cozy detached student house with many different, but all cool students. In a house where nothing is required, but everything is allowed, everyone is given the space to do their own thing, but especially to regularly do fun things together. Every evening it is a party during dinner, where we cook in pairs and then dine with the nine of us in the shared living room. Afterwards we enjoy a cup of coffee and, when appropriate, a beer. Our typical mansion is characterized by debauchery and loudness. It is therefore very much appreciated to let people know that you are home upon arrival by shouting something loudly through the house. Our spacious backyard is often a base for year clubs or fraternities, where music, a barbecue and a large fire are essential. In addition to the wonderful spontaneous evenings, we also have a few annual traditions, namely: the house weekend, the house reunion, Sinterklaas and the Christmas dinner. There is also a homemade hot tub in our spacious backyard with an accompanying bar. Every year, the legendary PPP house party is organized, where more than 100 students in costume work their way through 1000 half liters of euro shopper until the early hours.
