Dear room-seeking chicks,We are looking for a new enthusiastic roommate who wants to come and live in our cozy little house in a side street of the Korreweg! The Appie is around the corner, the center is a 7-minute bike ride away and the Noorderplantsoen is a pleasant walk away. The room is available from about August 2nd. The rent for this room will be around €300 incl., but this can still change by /- €30 depending on the landlord. The room is about 11m2 and has a large window, high ceiling, built-in clothes rack and a handy built-in closet. The door is a large chalkboard for when you want to let your creativity run wild. The bed frame will probably stay and will have to be bought (it is adjustable and can be used for mattresses of different sizes).We are a cozy house and chill a lot with each other. We may not have a GK, but the kitchen is the ultimate gathering place and our doors are open to each other. In the summer we can be found on one of the 3 balconies every day. There is always someone to have dinner with or to have a drink with. We have house evening every Tuesday. English is spoken there because we have one international housemate. We have all been studying in Groningen for a few years and many of us are active in a student or sports association.
