The property can only be rented to EU citizens. No visa or residence permit is required.
The property is available for rent starting October 1st, 2025, or later.
The rental agreement can be made for a period of 3–12 months. Longer rental terms can also be negotiated. The property is rented fully furnished and equipped. Waste management, electricity, and water are included in the rent.
A written rental contract will be signed.
Rent: €2,500 / month for up to four persons. If more than four residents, an additional charge of €15 / day / person will apply.
Security deposit: Equivalent to three months’ rent. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period once all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
The rental agreement will take effect, and the keys will be handed over once the security deposit and the first month’s rent have been paid into the account. Payments must be made no later than 7 days before the start of the rental period.
If payments are not received by the due date, the rental agreement will be terminated. In such case, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equivalent to one month’s rent.
After the first fixed-term rental period has ended, the agreement can be extended as an open-ended contract. In this case, the notice period will be one month, starting from the last day of the month in which the termination notice is given.
The rental agreement, responsibilities, and obligations are governed by the laws of Finland
