The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The old oak parquet has been freshly sanded and oiled. Moroccan cement tiles have been laid in the bathroom and kitchen, giving the apartment a southern and cozy flair. The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the bedroom and living area by a wall. It also has a small balcony. The view from the bedroom and living area goes directly into a beautiful large backyard, in the middle of which a beautiful walnut tree grows. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, which is separated from the living area by a velvet curtain. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and a small dining area. At the entrance to the house there is the possibility to safely park either a stroller or bicycles. From this apartment you can discover and experience the island in all its different facets and advantages because you are right in the middle of it. The most beautiful, most romantic restaurants are just around the corner. Particularly worth mentioning is the small, charming and well-known theater café, which is located just around the corner from the backyard. Here you can find the best cakes on the whole island. There are bus lines 2 and 5 nearby and several train lines that connect you to regional and national destinations.
