Downstairs 36 m², loft 12 m². 5G WiFi 400M. Apartment in a kelo-log house with 3 more apartments. 200 m to lake Kesäjärvi where sandy bottomed shore with a rowing boat (shared use with one other apartment). The nearest ski lift is at Talvijärvi area ca. 2,1 km (lift is usually open December-April), Ruka center ca. 3 km. Nearest food market is 800 m. Air source heat pump on the loft for heating or cooling. Ski maintenance room in shared use (a warm space with a ski maintenance rack), located in the end of storage building. In the same building also separate storage for firewood. Please, notice that room temperature is about +18ºC on arrival. Please, turn `kotona-poissa` -switch (home/away) to `kotona`-position and after that the heat will begin to raise. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
