Desktop computer and color printer in the bedroom. Monochrome laserjet fax/scanner/printer for your use as well. Baby grand piano in the living room, plenty of sheet music to choose from. This home is near SOKA University of Amerika's Aliso Viejo campus, Saddleback College, University of California, Irvine. and laguna College of Art and Design. All are within an easy bus ride away. Close to Dana Hills High School and Aliso Niguel High School. Some private schools are also nearby. If you own a vehicle, there is free parking on the street. No permits required. The homestay includes access to the kitchen so you can make your own breakfast and lunch. It is likely that you will have to go shopping at our nearby Trader Joes to buy your ingredients for breakfast and dinner. At the rate we are charging we can provide dinners. For nominal additional amount, we can shop for you and provide all of your favourite ingredients for your particular meals.
