Each apartment consists of two bedrooms with essential furnishings. Some rooms may include a balcony, subject to availability at the time of booking. Apartments are located between the ground and third floors.

The residence is situated in a well-connected area with nearby public transport options, making it easy to reach universities, libraries, and key city spots. Cafés, supermarkets, and essential services are also within walking distance.

Important Notes
In this residence, only university students, curricular interns and PhD students (researchers) are accepted. You will have to provide a university acceptance letter of acceptance or a curricular internship agreement to confirm your reservation. NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE A BALCONY. ROOMS WITH BALCONIES WILL BE ASSIGNED DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY AT THE MOMENT OF THE BOOKING The apartments are located between ground and 3rd floor. The floor of your apartment will depend on the availability at the moment of the booking.
This residence is exclusively for university students, curricular interns, and PhD candidates. To confirm your booking, you must provide proof of university enrollment or a valid internship agreement.
IMPORTANT: This Residence only accepts++booking requests with check-out either in January\February or at least on 15\08\

The tenant is required to pay the following soon after the booking confirmation:
The admin fee
The deposit has to be paid before the check-in
The tenant will also have to sign the contract before check-in
The final cleaning fee
